Managing repeat orders and subsequent Coupang deliveries

Even the same product needs a new order plan as sales, inventory and factory schedules change. Reuse approved standards while reconfirming current terms.

Review sellable inventory, recent sales and production and transport lead times together before deciding the next quantity and target delivery date.

A photo or link and an estimated quantity are enough to start. We can review the remaining details together.

01 · Starting information

Prepare what you know.

Use a photo, link or short list. Discuss unresolved details before committing to the order.

  • Approved specifications, packaging files and prior order records
  • Inventory by option, recent sales and planned promotions
  • Next quantity, target selling price and available order budget
  • Production and transport lead times and the required Korea delivery date

02 · Preparation sequence

Confirm each decision before proceeding.

  1. 01

Review inventory and the required delivery date.

Work backward from stock coverage through production, inspection, transport and receiving time. The seller determines appropriate allowances for demand changes and delays; stock availability cannot be guaranteed.

  2. 02

Separate retained standards from changed terms.

Reference previous specifications, packaging and inspection criteria. Reconfirm factory stock, material changes, prices, minimum quantities and lead times, then obtain approval for changes.

  3. 03

Distinguish stored inventory from the new production batch.

Check quantities and condition separately. Decide on combined or staged dispatch, and agree storage duration, fees, packaging condition and any required reinspection.

  4. 04

    Coordinate release and record improvements.

Arrange dispatch using the seller's confirmed inbound information. If errors or cost differences arise, identify whether they concern the product, work, packaging or logistics and update the next order's standards.

03 · Cost comparison

Compare the same scope and total commitment.

  • Normalize specifications, quantities, work scope and exchange-rate assumptions before comparing quotations.
  • Identify separate storage, staged dispatch, repacking or reinspection charges.
  • Compare measured freight charges and feasible schedules for the NexSupply-operated container and separate dispatch. Do not assume a lower price or fixed departure date.

04 · Responsibilities

Know who handles each part.

Specialist work by scope

Demand forecasts and commercial performance decisions remain with the seller. Product-specific customs and certification decisions require the relevant specialists.

05 · Product listing materials

Describe the product customers will receive.

Prepare the listing from the approved sample and final specifications. The seller or a separately commissioned provider handles photography, design and sales-page production.
