Pricing

The unit price is only the starting point.
See the cost through delivery in Korea.

Processing and shipping requirements can change the total cost of an apparently inexpensive product.
We separate product costs, service fees, local work, freight and import charges so you can assess the complete order.
Standard service fee

A defined calculation basis.
A clear scope of work.

Of the supplier goods value

10%

Minimum fee: KRW 200,000

VAT is additional. Minimum fee including VAT: KRW 220,000.

Standard order coordination

  • Supply terms and supplier communication
  • Coordination of agreed specifications, orders and reorders
  • Coordination of receiving and dispatch schedules in China

The fee is calculated on the total supplier goods value in a single quotation. Local processing, freight and taxes are excluded from the calculation basis.

We do not impose a separate minimum order value. Product minimum order quantities (MOQs) and the feasibility of smaller orders are confirmed with the supplier.

Understanding your quotation

Compare products and costs
on the same basis.

Review unit prices and quantities by product and variant, then the processing, freight and import costs for the order. The quotation identifies the exchange rate, validity period, and confirmed versus estimated amounts.

The supplier goods value and NexSupply service fee are shown separately.

Review product unit prices, quantities and subtotals first, then the calculation basis and amount of the service fee. A NexSupply fee already included in the quotation is not charged again.

01

Supplier goods value

Supplier unit price multiplied by quantity, shown by product and variant. The NexSupply service fee is a separate item. Purchasing and production comparisons also identify minimum quantities and goods subtotals.

Total

Estimated landed cost in Korea

The total combines supplier goods value, the service fee and its VAT, local work, freight and import charges. Confirmed amounts, estimates and additional costs are identified separately. Any changes are reviewed with the customer before proceeding.

Reference freight rate for a NexSupply-operated container, China to Incheon: approximately KRW 80,000 per CBM.
The applicable rate is confirmed for each order based on final packed volume, weight and operating schedules. China domestic delivery, customs clearance, taxes and delivery in Korea are additional. The quotation also specifies which port and warehouse charges are included.

Why costs are separated

Review the current order.
Improve the next one.

If the unit price is unchanged but the total rises, the cause may be packing volume, additional work or freight conditions. An itemized quotation and order record help identify what changed and what can be reviewed for the next order.

Our aim is not to promise a lower price every time, but to improve repeat orders while preserving the quality and sales requirements your product needs.

Areas to review together

  • Products & supply terms

Compare received goods against the agreed specifications, quantities and prices, and identify any terms that need to be checked with the supplier.

  • Inspection & packaging

Review the agreed criteria and actual work, and discuss changes that may help reduce quality or packaging issues.

  • Reorders, stock & dispatch

Reuse approved product and processing standards. Agree quantities and schedules to ship remaining stock and new production together or in separate consignments.

Prices, quantities, scope and schedules are reconfirmed for every reorder. Changes and additional costs are applied only after customer review and approval.

Customer questions

Questions about service fees and additional costs

Does the standard service fee include inspection, packing and delivery?

The standard fee is 10% of the supplier goods value, with a minimum of KRW 200,000, excluding VAT on the fee. Standard coordination is separate from additional processing and logistics. Basic receiving checks included in purchasing coordination are distinguished from separate inspection work.

Sampling or full inspection, labeling, set packing, materials, storage, development, samples, freight, clearance, taxes and domestic delivery are quoted and approved according to the required scope. Actual charges depend on quantities and agreed standards.

Is the minimum fee added to a service fee already included in the quotation?

No. A NexSupply fee already included in the quotation is not charged again. The minimum applies only when the calculated percentage fee is lower; the two amounts are not added together.

The calculation uses the total supplier goods value in one quotation, excluding local processing, freight and taxes. Review VAT on the fee, additional costs, and confirmed versus estimated items before approving the quotation and making payment.
