Submitting an inquiry does not trigger payment, development or an order. The next stage begins after the requirements and quotation are confirmed.

Direct costs and the scope are confirmed in the quotation.
Basic research and purchasing are distinguished from development work. New engineering, tooling and sample revisions are scoped, quoted and approved in advance. Third-party sample, tooling, testing, certification and design costs are also itemised within the approved scope.
Customer questions
Yes. We organize the reference product and target specifications, then confirm with factories whether an existing product can be modified or new development is required. New products may proceed to production after quotation, sample and final specification approval.
Share proposed materials, dimensions, functions, colors, branding, packaging and estimated quantities. Production minimums, sample revisions, tooling, design, testing and certification requirements, responsibilities, costs and schedules are confirmed separately.
A new packing method requires a separate packing-sample approval. Approval of the product specifications is distinct from approval of labels, components and sales-unit packaging.
Production follows approval of the final specifications and production quotation. The full packing run follows approval of the agreed trial sample. Changes and additional costs are reviewed in advance.
