Services · Inspection

Before dispatch from China,
inspect against agreed criteria.

We agree on what to check, how many units and the acceptance criteria. Quantities, variants, appearance, components and packaging are documented with photographs. If an issue is found, we review the supplier's proposed resolution before you decide whether to dispatch.
A question worth resolving first

What if shortages or incorrect variants are discovered only after the goods reach Korea?

What NexSupply checks

We check the agreed quantities and items in China, share photographs and findings, and confirm any exchange or rework options with the supplier before dispatch.

You retain the final decision.Use the findings and resolution terms to decide on dispatch, further checks or rework.

Submitting an inquiry does not trigger payment or inspection work. Inspection begins after the criteria are agreed.

Inspection is limited to the agreed samples and inspection items. It does not guarantee that every defect will be detected or that goods will be defect-free.

Customer questions

Inspection for goods from existing suppliers

I already work with a Chinese factory. Can you handle only inspection, packing and dispatch?

Yes. You can engage us for the local work required on goods purchased from your existing supplier, including inspection, packing and dispatch. You do not need to use NexSupply for purchasing.

Before arrival, share quantities by product and variant, reference photos or an approved sample, required checks and the expected arrival date. Sampling, full inspection, on-site checks, packing and transport are scoped and priced separately.

How do basic receiving checks differ from a separate inspection?

Basic receiving checks are included in purchasing coordination. Sampling, full inspection and on-site checks require an agreed scope and separate quotation. Inspection follows the approved sample size and check items.

Appearance, function, component checks and acceptance criteria must be agreed in advance. Inspection does not guarantee detection of every defect or defect-free goods. Findings and proposed handling are shared before customer approval to dispatch.
