Who we support · Importers & distributors

Multiple suppliers.
One team from receipt to dispatch.

When every supplier has a different schedule, coordinating the shipment becomes a separate job. We bring orders, receipts and pending items into one report and connect inspection, consolidation and delivery to Korea. You can retain existing suppliers and request only the local work you need.

Identify issues earlier

Check in China,
before goods arrive in Korea.

01

Outstanding items are identified just before dispatch.

Checking received and pending goods separately for each supplier makes it difficult to set a dispatch date.

Review received goods, outstanding items and expected dates in one report.
02

Supplier schedule differences require repeated checks.

Different prices, quantities, lead times and packing terms create fragmented information within the same order.

Bring ordering, receipt and planned dispatch dates together by order.
03

Errors are found after arrival in Korea.

Late discovery of shortages, incorrect goods or packing issues makes rework and return arrangements more difficult.

Check quantities, variants, appearance and consolidated packing before dispatch from China.

Customer questions

Coordinating multiple suppliers and repeat orders

Can you consolidate and manage goods from several Chinese suppliers?

Yes. We organize the items and expected quantities by supplier, check received and outstanding goods and any inspection or packing work, then coordinate dispatch terms. Dispatch quantities and timing are agreed with the customer.

Share the number of suppliers, item list, expected arrival dates and order frequency. Storage space and duration, split shipments and processing charges depend on volume. We also confirm whether to wait for outstanding items or dispatch separately.

Does shipping several suppliers' goods together always cost less?

No. We compare the costs and schedules of a NexSupply-operated container and other transport options using final packed volume, weight, destination and the required dispatch date.

Consolidation availability and dispatch schedules require confirmation for each order. Compare the total cost, including storage, extra packing, China domestic transport, clearance, taxes and Korea delivery. Work proceeds to the terms the customer approves.

Quotation basis

We quote after reviewing the supplier count and order scope.

The standard fee is calculated on the total goods supply value in a single quotation. Additional inspection and consolidated packing require prior agreement on scope and cost. Goods, freight within China, local processing, international freight, taxes, clearance and domestic delivery are shown separately, together with the exchange rate and payment schedule. A NexSupply service fee already included in the quotation is not charged again.
