Source the components
you need, against
the specifications that matter.
Photographs alone cannot establish material, tolerance or compatibility. We compare drawings, specifications and operating conditions with supplier responses, then separate confirmed details from open questions to agree sample, inspection and delivery terms.
Inquiry submission and initial review are free. Paid work starts after scope and costs are explained and approved in writing.
Define what can be checked, compare the requirements, and distinguish confirmed items from those still unverified.
All items are reviewed after inquiry submission.

Does the specification match?
Material, tolerance and operating requirements must be comparable before prices are. We define the required documentation and on-site checks, separating confirmed details from open questions for your purchasing decision.
Accept a difference or request further review?
Compare requested values and supplier submissions on the same basis, distinguishing matches, differences and unverified points.
Inspection scope and delay review terms
Before ordering, agree the tests and checks, the supplier’s proposed delivery date and the terms for reviewing delays.
Packing, shipment and transport requirements
Define packing, weight, volume and shipment requirements. The transport method is selected at quotation stage based on quantity, weight and deadline.
The quotation confirms whether certification or testing coordination is included and defines responsibilities. Certification approval and passing test results are not guaranteed.
Three records for internal approval
and repeat orders.

Separate purchasing support
from additional tasks.
Standard research and purchasing use the same service-fee basis. Separate development and on-site work require prior agreement on scope and cost.
Free of charge. Paid work starts only after the scope and cost have been explained and the customer has approved them in writing.
10% of the goods supply value, with a minimum fee of KRW 200,000. VAT is charged separately on the service fee. The minimum fee including VAT is KRW 220,000. Calculated on the total goods supply value in a single quotation.
Supplier research, order terms and the feasibility of requested changes are included in the standard scope. Separate development work, including new designs, tooling and sample revisions, requires prior agreement on scope and cost.
Development workNew tooling, structural changes and repeated sample revisions are quoted as separate projects.
Third-party costsTesting, inspection, packaging materials and treatment, international freight, customs duty, import VAT and domestic delivery are itemised with their calculation bases in the quotation.
The minimum fee is a floor for the calculated service fee, not an additional charge. A NexSupply service fee already included in the quotation is not charged again.
