Turn your specifications
into requirements
a factory can produce.
We translate your intended form, materials and functions into requirements a factory can assess. Compare quantities, costs and timing for adaptation or factory development, then carry approved specifications from sample revisions through production and packing.

Agree the production route
and sample approval criteria.
Unclear changes lead to repeated quotations and sample revisions. Recording the scope and approval criteria gives the customer, factory and local team the same requirements to work from.
Adapt an existing product or develop with a factory?
Compare both routes against target cost, initial quantity, preferred launch date and the extent of the required changes.
- Changes to the product itself
- Potential tooling requirements
- Factory and sample review scope
What determines sample approval and the next round?
We do not promise a fixed number of sample rounds in advance. Review items and approval criteria are agreed in writing for each round.
- Checks for each round
- Reasons for revision or deferral
- Cost approval before additional work
If additional samples or third-party work are required, we explain the scope and cost first and proceed only after customer approval.
