Plain-language summary

What NexSupply currently does with request information.

The points below are the current working summary of the service, not an attempt to hide simple practices inside dense legal formatting.

Information collected

NexSupply may collect the information you provide directly through forms, email, or uploads. That can include contact details, company or store information, product links, product photos, and request notes.

How the information is used

Information is used to review requests, communicate about sourcing questions, deliver briefs, coordinate next steps, and improve the service workflow.

NexSupply does not collect information simply to build marketing lists without a service reason or an existing contact relationship.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site, manage communication, process files, or support workflow delivery. Information may also be shared when necessary to fulfill a request you have asked NexSupply to work on.

Retention and security

Request information is kept for operational, recordkeeping, and service follow-through purposes for as long as it remains useful to the working relationship or reasonably necessary for site operations.

No system can promise perfect security, but NexSupply aims to keep access limited to the workflows and tools needed to operate the service.
